Your social media preview will be delivered within 4 weeks of your wedding date. Please allow up to 4-8 months for delivery of your full wedding photos and/or video, particularly during peak season. We always aim to complete and deliver your content as promptly as possible.

Your final gallery and film will reflect the details provided in this questionnaire, your chosen package, and the events of the day itself. Factors such as weather conditions, timings, and participation can all influence the overall coverage and final outcome.


If we are covering your full wedding day, a meal and refreshments would be greatly appreciated. Where possible, we prefer to dine in the bar or restaurant area of the venue. Please note this may incur an additional charge depending on your arrangements with the venue. In most cases, we simply sign for the meal on the day and it is added to your final hotel bill.
